Danilovsky Market

EVERcook wants to share an amazing place in Moscow with you. Danilovsky Market is a food market with a lot of little restaurants, fresh sea food, vegetables and fruits and a very nice wine bar in it. Its super easy, you sit down in the wine bar enjoying your drink and can run around and order whatever you find and take it with you to the wine bar.

So first we started with some Oysters, which cost a quite affordable amount of 200 RUB each. They were delicious as well and we got lemons and red wine vinegar along with it. Freshly opened, ready for being enjoyed.

Obviously white wine HAS to go with them, the bar is simply called Wine Bar, you will find it quickly by just walking around there. Oh yes of course EVERcook tried some awesome German quality wines for you today. My review is – all of them is good.

  • “Dr. L” Riesling Off Dry Dr. Loosen, Germany, “sweet undertones” (440 RUB)
  • Riesling Venture Georg Bauer, Germany, “crystal clear” (470 RUB)
  • Sekt Riesling Peter Herres, Germany, “charmant” (330 RUB)
  • Pinot Gris Villa Wolf, Germany, “like Pinot Grigio just better (440 RUB)
There is much – no kidding – much much more 🙂

So last but not least we found a little place called Shrimp Bar. This seafood platter for 800 RUB is a must if you like seafood. Cocktail sauce, wasabi sauce and truffle sauce enhance the experience significantly in my opinion. Thank you for that!

Yummy seafood!!

So all in all, and I promise EVERcook will give you many more tips like that all over the world, if you happen to be in Moscow, one of the greatest cities, pass by this one for a little dinner and wine or to just get in mood for a party evening with friends. Its close to the METRO or you take a cab there. For all non locals, in Russia UBER itself doesn’t exist, just download YANDEX TAXI – its the same really. UBER RUSSIA you can only get from a Russian App Store. But also the METRO is great to get around the town.

ANYWAY, leave your reviews if you managed to visit

Yours,

EVERCOOK
